Has ten different classrooms for technical skills they teach.  Some of the things they offer are A/C, Heating, Refrigeration, Electronics and computer technology.

The exterior of the building has EIFS system on 3 walls with a metal façade.  It has a standing seam roof.

The building is 20,250 sq. ft.
